James Flynn, Esq.

Attorney James Flynn, the founding Partner of The Flynn Law Firm P.A., brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our local law firm. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Georgia Southern University and obtained his Juris Doctorate from John Marshall Law School.

Before establishing The Flynn Law Firm P.A., Attorney Flynn honed his skills in plaintiff subrogation, product liability, and construction defects at a nationally recognized law firm in Tampa. His legal career also includes serving as an Assistant State Attorney for the Office of the State Attorney in Pinellas County, gaining valuable insight into civil litigation.

Commitment to the Legal Profession

Attorney James Flynn is a distinguished figure in the legal community, having served in important leadership roles and affiliations. Notably, he held the presidency of the Fred G. Minnis Bar Association and the Pinellas County Trial Lawyers Association, where he also served as Vice President. Additionally, Attorney Flynn served as the General Counsel of the Pinellas County Urban League.

A Family-Oriented Approach

Outside of his successful legal career, Attorney James Flynn is a devoted family man. He and his wife, Danielle, have been happily married since 2008. At the center of their lives is their daughter, Peyton, who represents the future of The Flynn Law Firm P.A.
