What to Do After a Head-On Crash in Acworth, Georgia

Head-on collisions often result in severe injuries and require an immediate emergency response. Anyone involved in a serious crash should call 911 and provide the exact location so emergency personnel can respond quickly.

If anyone is injured, do not attempt to move them unless they are in immediate danger, as doing so could worsen serious injuries. Wait for trained medical personnel to provide assistance.

If it is safe, remain at the scene, cooperate with responding officers, and exchange information with the other parties involved. Photographs of the crash scene and witness statements may also assist investigators.

Obtain a copy of the official crash report when it becomes available, as it may be important for insurance claims and any subsequent investigation into the collision.
